60g cashew nuts

40-50g yeast flakes

20g almonds

salt

A little oil 

Preparation:

  1. Finely grind all ingredients together in a blender
  2. If you like, you can add a few drops of oil at the end if you want it a little chunkier
  3. & your vegan Parmesan is ready!
