Vegan healthy chocolate pudding

Looking for a recipe for a super delicious vegan chocolate pudding? Then you've come to the right place! Our chocolate pudding not only tastes incredibly delicious and is vegan, it also contains no sugar at all. You only need 2 ingredients for this healthy persimmon dessert and it's quick to prepare.

Ingredients (2 portions):

350g persimmon

25g cocoa powder

 

Preparation:

  1. First peel and dice the persimmons

  2. Now put the diced persimmons together with the cocoa powder in a blender and puree until smooth

  3. Then divide the cream between two ramekins and chill for approx. 30 minutes

  4. Finally, turn the pudding out of the ramekins and decorate as desired

  5. Enjoy!
