Ingredients (3-4 portions):

60g panko breadcrumbs

4 eggs

100g grated Parmesan cheese

1 broccoli

salt

pepper

paprika powder

 

Preparation:

  1. First wash the broccoli, chop finely and place in a bowl

  2. Now add the remaining ingredients to the broccoli, mix well and leave to stand briefly

  3. Then form the nuggets and fry in a coated pan (medium heat) with a little clarified butter until golden brown

  4. Serve the nuggets with a dip of your choice

  5. Enjoy!
