2 red onions
100ml raspberry vinegar
100ml apple cider vinegar
100 ml LiveFresh apple juice
1 tbsp xylitol
1 tbsp sea salt
5 red peppercorns
1 juniper berry
1 small bay leaf
Preparation:
- First peel the onions and cut into fine rings
- Next, put the vinegar, apple juice, sea salt and xylitol in a pan and heat up
- Simmer for about 1 minute until the salt and sugar have completely dissolved and then set aside
- Now place the onions in sterile preserving jars, add the peppercorns, juniper berries and bay leaf, pour over the stock and seal
- Leave the jars to stand for a few hours, after which you can use the onions for various toppings
- Enjoy your meal!
