Zutaten

  • 650 gram
    Spelt flour
  • 2 Pack
    Dry yeast
  • 5-6 tablespoon
    Agave syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon
    Margarine
  • 200 milliliter
    Oat milk
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon
    Margarine
  • 2 teaspoon
    Cinnamon
  • 1 Package
    Dates
  • Some coarse sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon
    Apple pulp
  • 60 gram
    Powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoon
    Lemon juice from a fresh lemon

    First mix all the dry ingredients for the yeast dough together

    Next, melt the butter in a microwave or over a bain-marie and mix with the other liquid ingredients

    Now gradually add the liquid ingredients to the flour and knead into a firm dough using a hand mixer and dough hook and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour

    Next, place all the ingredients for the filling in a blender and blend until smooth

    Then roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and spread the mixture on top

    Now cut strips approx. 3-4 cm thick and roll up, place on a baking tray and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 °C fan oven

    Finally, pour the icing over the hot cinnamon buns immediately and leave them to cool slightly.
