High Protein Bagel

Ingredients (4 bagels):

250g low-fat quark

250g spelt flour

2 tsp baking powder

50ml water

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 °C

  2. Now mix all the ingredients together and shape into bagels

  3. Then place the shaped bagels in hot, gently simmering water for 20 seconds and remove from the water as soon as they rise to the top

  4. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the preheated oven for approx. 30 mins.

  5. Serve the bagels with ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
