Ingredients (3 portions):
1 broccoli
100ml oat milk
2 tsp linseed
80g chickpea flour
1 tbsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp salt
60g grated cheese
1 tin of chickpeas (precooked)
frying oil
Preparation:

First bring the water to the boil, wash the broccoli and cut into small florets

Then place the small florets in the boiling water for approx. 1 minute, then place in cold water for 30 seconds and drain.

Meanwhile, mix the oat milk with the linseed and leave to swell

Now gradually add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well

Finally, form the patties, place in a hot pan and fry on both sides until golden brown

Then arrange on a plate and serve with a dip of your choice
