With peanut butter, cashew nuts and dark chocolate, it's a real treat. delicious and healthy alternative to conventional snacks that are often overloaded with refined sugar. This combination of sweet dates, creamy peanut butter, cashew nuts and dark chocolate is not only delicious, but also packed with nutrients and dietary fiber. So what are you waiting for?

Ingredients (1 portion):
Approx. 25 dates
3 tbsp peanut butter
Handful of cashew nuts
80g dark chocolate 70-80%
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:

First cut the dates in half and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Now place the dates next to each other and flatten with a glass

Then pour the peanut butter over them and spread it out

Then melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie

Meanwhile, chop the cashew nuts a little and add to the peanut butter

Finally, pour over the melted dark chocolate so that everything is covered with chocolate and chill for approx. 1 hour.
