Ingredients (2 trays):
90g coconut flour
10g ground hazelnuts
70g erythritol
8g baking powder
20g baking cocoa
5g gingerbread spice
40g half-fat butter
2 eggs
Preparation:

First preheat the oven to 170 °C fan oven

Now mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

Then spread the mixture into the silicone molds and place in the oven for approx. 10 min.

Finally, leave to cool and sprinkle with gold dust or powdered sugar
