Christmas apple stars

½ puff pastry
1 apple
cinnamon & erythritol for sprinkling
Preparation:

First preheat the oven to 180 °C

Then core the apple and cut into 7 slices

Now cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap around the apples in a star shape

Then sprinkle the apple stars with a little cinnamon and erythritol and place in the oven for approx. 20 mins.
