Christmas apple stars

½ puff pastry

1 apple

cinnamon & erythritol for sprinkling


Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 °C

  2. Then core the apple and cut into 7 slices

  3. Now cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap around the apples in a star shape

  4. Then sprinkle the apple stars with a little cinnamon and erythritol and place in the oven for approx. 20 mins.

  5. Leave to cool and enjoy

60g rolled oats

20g forest berry protein mix

120ml oat milk

30ml Sunshine Berry

1 teaspoon agave syrup

120g vegan skyr

50g frozen berries

20g vegan chocolate drops with xylitol


Preparation:

  1. First oat flakes, protein mix, oat milk, Sunshine Berry and agave syrup together

  2. Then spread the skyr on top

  3. Then puree the frozen berries with a blender and spread over the skyr

  4. Finally, melt the chocolate drops, add to the berries and chill for approx. 2 hours

  5. Enjoy!
