Ingredients (4 portions):
100g protein powder
200g chickpea flour
500ml plant milk
1 cup mineral water
3 tablespoons rapeseed oil
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- First put the chickpea flour, protein powder and salt in a bowl and mix together
- Next, add the plant milk, oil and mineral water and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed
- Heat some oil in a pan and pour a large ladle of pancake batter into the pan
- Fry the chickpea pancakes on both sides for about three to four minutes until golden brown
