With just a few ingredients, you can make a healthy and nutritious burger which, by the way, is also great for your juice cleanse preparation or post-processing.

Ingredients (4 burgers):
250g cooked black beans
70g rolled oats
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp cumin
150g mushrooms
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ red onion
40g walnuts
For the burger sauce:
2 tsp vegan mayo
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
2 gherkins
salt
pepper
Preparation:
- First puree 2/3 of the beans together with the oat flakes, soy sauce and spices in a blender
- Next, chop the washed mushrooms into small pieces and fry briefly in a hot pan before adding to the mixture
- Finely chop the walnuts and also add to the mixture
- Now add the spices and the remaining beans to the mixture, mix again briefly and shape into patties
- For the burger sauce, cut the gherkins into very small pieces and mix them with the mayo, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper
- Then fry the patties well in a hot pan or on the grill until they look golden brown
- Cut open the burger buns and also briefly place them in the pan
- Now top the burger buns and you can enjoy your burger!
