Ingredients (6 cups):

100g rolled oats

80g ground almonds

2 tbsp cocoa

6 dates

50ml plant milk

250g frozen blueberries

4 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp yogurt

Preparation:

  1. First mix together the rolled oats, ground almonds, cocoa, dates and plant milk
  2. Then pour the mixture into a muffin tin, press down firmly and set aside
  3. Next, mix together the frozen blueberries, chia seeds and yoghurt to form a cream
  4. Then pour the cream into the moulds and place in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes to set
  5. Finally, top with some dark chocolate and blueberries
  6. Enjoy!
