2 tbsp cocoa
6 dates
50ml plant milk
250g frozen blueberries
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp yogurt
Preparation:
- First mix together the rolled oats, ground almonds, cocoa, dates and plant milk
- Then pour the mixture into a muffin tin, press down firmly and set aside
- Next, mix together the frozen blueberries, chia seeds and yoghurt to form a cream
- Then pour the cream into the moulds and place in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes to set
- Finally, top with some dark chocolate and blueberries
