Vegan yogurt barks

A piece of yogurt for you, two for me! Huh? Yes, you read that right, we're eating the yogurt now in one piece and ice cold as Frozen Yoghurt Barks - the chocolate bar of the summer! In addition, the vegan yoghurt bars are the perfect snack for a healthy diet. Are you finding it difficult to eat healthily at the moment? Ingredients (4 servings):

300g yogurt

1 tsp agave syrup

raspberries

blueberries

Nectarine

Granola 

Preparation:

  1. First mix the yogurt with the agave syrup
  2. Then spread the yoghurt mixture onto baking paper to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm
  3. Now top with the fruit and granola and place in the fridge for approx. one hour
  4. Enjoy!
