Vegan Baked Oats

Ingredients (6 portions):

240g oatmeal

820ml vegetable milk

3 mature bananas

3 tablespoons of peanut butter

3 TL baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Put the oatmeal, the vegetable milk, the bananas, baking powder and salt in a blender and mix everything into a viscous porridge
  2. Mix about half of the dough with cocoa
  3. First add the light and then the dark dough into an ovenproof baking dish/bowl
  4. Put small portions of peanut butter on the dough at different places and carefully press them in so that they disappear into it
  5. Topping with different fruits
  6. Bake the Oats for about 20 - 30 minutes at 180 ° C in the oven
