Vegan healthy chocolate pudding

Ingredients (2 portions):
350g persimmon
25g cocoa powder
Preparation:

First peel and dice the persimmons

Now put the diced persimmons together with the cocoa powder in a blender and puree until smooth

High protein quark casserole

500g low-fat quark
4 eggs
3 apples
50g soft semolina
3 tbsp honey
1 lemon
½ sachet baking powder

First preheat the oven to 180 °C fan oven

Now peel the apples, cut half into cubes and the other half into slices, sprinkle with lemon and set aside

250g pumpkin puree
90g maple syrup
90g tahini
220g spelt flour

100ml oat milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation:

First cut the pumpkin into small pieces and puree

Now mix together the chia seeds, water, maple syrup and tahini

Then add the pumpkin puree and mix with a whisk

Then add the coconut blossom sugar, oat milk, spelt flour and all the spices and apple cider vinegar and mix everything well again
