    Cook the risoni in salted water for approx. 9 minutes. In the last 3-4 minutes, place the carrot (finely chopped) and sugar snap peas on top of the pasta and steam. Gives the necessary texture and saves time.

    Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt, pepper & paprika powder. Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown (approx. 6-8 minutes).

    Finely chop the red cabbage, slice the cucumber and dice the bell pepper.

    Mix all the ingredients for the yoghurt dip and season to taste. Should be fresh, slightly tart and creamy.

    Place the risoni and steamed vegetables in the bowl as a base. Arrange the chicken, fresh vegetables and feta cheese on top. Serve the dip on top or separately.
