    Cauliflower
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g
    Panko breadcrumbs
  • Peppers
  • 200 g
    Low-fat quark
  • Parsley
  • 4 TBSP.
    Olive oils
  • 1
    Onions
  • 1 TSP
    Paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL
    Curry powder
  • 0.5 TL
    Onion powder
  • 0.5 TL
    Garlic powder
  • Salts
  • Pepper

Zubereitung

Preparation: 5-10 min.

Total time: 65-70 min.

    Wash and trim the cauliflower and cut into slices approx. 2 cm thick

    Put a pan of water on to boil and cook the cauliflower slices for approx. 10 mins.

    Next, mix the Panko breadcrumbs with the walnuts, Parmesan, paprika powder, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and fresh parsley

    Now remove the cauliflower slices from the heat and drain

  • 5

    Then turn the cauliflower slices in the breadcrumbs, press down firmly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

    Bake the cauliflower steak for approx. 20-30 mins. at 200°C

    Meanwhile, wash and chop the peppers, onion and parsley

  • 8

    Mix the quark with the paprika, onion and fresh parsley

  • 9

    Finally, serve the cauliflower steaks with the dip on a plate and enjoy!
