Ingredients (2 corn waffles):
2 corn waffles
2 knives of peanut butter
2 tsp dark chocolate
6 raspberries
Optional: Toppings of your choice such as coconut flakes and nuts
Preparation:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl
- Then coat the corn wafers with peanut butter
- Crush the raspberries with a fork on top of the corn cakes
- Add toppings of your choice
- Then pour the melted chocolate on top
- Now wait a short time until the dark chocolate is firm
- Break the corn wafers into small pieces and enjoy!
