Ingredients (1 serving):
2 bananas
150g spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp agave syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
250ml plant milk
Coconut oil for baking the pancakes
Optional: Date syrup as a topping
Preparation:
- First cut the bananas into bite-sized pieces
- Now mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, agave syrup and plant milk to make a pancake batter
- While the batter is resting, place a pan on a medium heat and add a little coconut oil
- Then gradually turn the bananas in the batter and place in the pan, fry for about 2 minutes on both sides until golden brown
- Finally, arrange the pancakes on a plate and top with a little date syrup
- Feast without a guilty conscience - enjoy!
