Ingredients (1 portion):

1kg small potatoes

1 pack of parmesan cheese

olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until they are done

  2. Then line a baking tray with baking paper, brush with olive oil and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on the tray

  3. Cut the potatoes in half, spread on the tray and press down lightly

  4. Finally, brush everything with olive oil again, sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan cheese and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes

  5. Enjoy your meal!
