1 cucumber

100g basmati rice

Sriracha Sauce

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the rice and Ras El Hanout according to package directions.

  2. Then wash the cucumber, cut in half and remove the inside of the cucumber so that small boats are formed.

  3. Fill the cucumber boats with rice, add the Ras El Hanout and top with Sriracha sauce.
