Ingredients (3 portions):

1 broccoli

500g potatoes

1 packet LiveFresh Bowl - Ras El Hanout 

Salt and pepper 

200g grated cheese 

Preparation:

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets

  2. Now peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices

  3. Then cook the broccoli in lightly salted water for approx. 3-4 mins. until it is slightly firm to the bite - then drain and set aside

  4. Also cook the potato slices in lightly salted water for approx. 5-7 mins. until soft

  5. In the meantime LiveFresh Prepare the bowl in a pan according to the packet instructions

  6. Now alternate the potato slices, broccoli florets and the LiveFresh Bowl and season with salt and pepper

  7. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for approx. 20-25 mins.

  8. Allow the casserole to cool briefly before serving
