High Protein Cini Minis

We all know them and have probably had them on the breakfast table at some point! Delicious Cini Minis! We have conjured up a healthier alternative for you with just a few ingredients. Really sweet, cinnamony and nice and crunchy. You can also enjoy them with almond milk for a vegan breakfast. Go on, give it a try now!

Ingredients (1 portion):

2 protein wraps

2 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp erythritol

Some melted butter for spreading

 

Preparation:

  1. First spread the wraps with the butter

  2. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol, roll up, cut into small pieces and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  3. Finally, place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 160 °C fan oven

  4. Enjoy with a milk of your choice
