Clean eating recipe - berries smoothie

You can whip up this fruity berry smoothie in no time at all. This smoothie is also perfect for breakfast in preparation for your juice cleanse. We'll show you what you need and how to prepare this delicious clean eating smoothie. You can find the recipe video at the bottom of the article. 

Ingredients (2 portions):

1 ripe banana

150g frozen blueberries / fresh blueberries

150g frozen berry mix

200ml coconut water

Preparation:

Puree the peeled banana and berries in a blender. Add the coconut water and blend the puree again. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut water. Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and garnish with a few fresh berries if desired. Enjoy the taste!
