Production manager

Would you like to take a startup to the top? We are looking for a production manager at our production site in Engelswies.

Tasks:

• Management of production in terms of planning and efficient use of the existing means of production and employees
• Optimization of production processes
• Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines regarding hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection
• Coordination of maintenance and maintenance of the machine park
• Management of the sustainability team

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of drinks or a similar technical course or training as a drinks master or the like
• Exceptional willingness to work as a manager and role model
• High communication skills and implementation strength
• Experience in employee management, employee motivation and employee development
• High service and quality orientation as well as cost awareness
