There were indeed some problems with our 250ml deposit bottles and the deposit machines at the beginning, as many machine operators had not yet imported the data.

This problem has now been resolved.☺

We would therefore simply ask you to try it out again at a deposit machine. The return should also work well in stores that do not stock our products (e.g. Lidl, Aldi etc.).

Only applies for Germany:

Yours 250ml returnable bottles can be returned to your local supermarket. Take the 250ml deposit bottles to a deposit machine of your choice to return them to the recycling cycle.

If a bottle is not accepted, the checkout staff will be happy to help you.

At foreign orders no deposit costs are charged. So if you live outside Germany, you can dispose of the bottles in the recycling garbage can.
