We asked at the beginning of March 2019*: Almost 300 LiveFresh-customers rated our quality anonymously** and help and support us in our Juice Revolution: Healthy juices for every day.
Our claim is bearing fruit: not only do our customers like the taste of our juices, many of them consciously drink them in order to live a healthy lifestyle with pleasure. And we take all critical feedback transparently as an incentive to improve - and show our solutions here.

It's always exciting to hand over your own project and have it evaluated by strangers. Do we live up to our own standards?
How good do LiveFresh juices taste?
Our cold-pressed juices made from 100% fruit taste good - 79.8% of our customers give us 5 out of 5 stars, closely followed by 4 stars. In our survey, we did not rate individual juices, but the LiveFresh overall quality.
Would you buy our juices again?
The majority of our customers would LiveFresh again or are considering doing so: 69.3% said they would be very likely to buy again (5 out of 5 stars), followed by 19.1% who would be very likely (4 out of 5 stars).

How are we perceived? Almost more exciting than looking at your own product is the way others look at you: What do others actually think about us?
What do LiveFresh stands for?
Thank you for your appreciation: 100% natural juices without additives and our special HPP production process are the most important reason for the majority of our customers to buy our juices.
Almost 90% of our customers associate us with natural ingredients without any additives or added sugar (88.7%), followed by the gentle HPP pressing process (67.2%), our own production and personality (42.6%) and superfoods and innovation (23.8%).
In fact, in LiveFresh products really only contain what it says on the label: 100% fruit or vegetables. Nothing else. From cold pressing instead of pasteurization. And it will always stay that way.
Why are you on LiveFresh come to your attention?
What motivates our customers to come to us? What is important to our customers? Two things in particular unite our customers: health awareness combined with the natural LiveFresh taste.
A healthy lifestyle and outstanding freshness are therefore at the top of the list of reasons why our customers come to us. These are topics that we want to continue to drive forward with high-quality products and helpful content in order to spread a sustainable, healthy and enjoyable lifestyle around the world.
Feedback and criticism: what can we do better?
All that glitters is not gold - of course we were also shown potential for improvement. We have asked and show solutions here, some of which have already been implemented or are in development.
Feedback 1: Why are there no green juices at LiveFresh?
Some customers asked whether we had any green juices or - with a twinkle in our eye - whether we had any low-carb juices. Don't panic, we are quick and find a solution for both immediately.
Our new LiveFresh wellness juices
Currently our new wellness juices are currently going on sale, including green juices with fewer carbohydrates than pure fruit juices.
We recommend Green love based on kale with ginger, apple and lime or Green feelinge with a spinach base and apple and moringa. Just try it!
Our other fruit-based wellness juices with special micronutrients thanks to superfoods also offer numerous health benefits with the usual natural taste and no additives.
Feedback 2: Service and delivery
Whether dropped off at the neighbor's or other service problems: To prevent delivery and service problems, we are expanding our service and logistics team and have also hired DHL in addition to DPD. Arom April, every customer can now choose which delivery service they want our LiveFresh deliver our juices. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will endeavor to respond to individual feedback personally during the course of this week**.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the whole of Germany personally - but we hope that with the new selection you will get the best service and the best messenger exactly in your region!
The plastic question: Why don't you use glass bottles?
Some customers are bothered by our plastic bottles and suggest glass bottles for environmental protection. Unfortunately, however, we cannot use glass bottles. Due to the high pressure that HPP process the glass would be shattered.
Our solution: We are already working on a solution in our development department, because for us too, a healthy lifestyle and sustainability go hand in hand. This year, we are working flat out to develop more environmentally friendly packaging. We look forward to any relevant tips and experiences!
We have already improved the juice boxes: they are now more stable and more environmentally friendly.

We already knew in advance that some of our customers have very special stories that lead them to us, so we asked them.
