Ingredients (4 portions):
1 banana
nut butter of your choice
peanuts
½ bar of vegan dark chocolate
Other:
4 popsicle sticksPreparation:
- First peel the bananas, cut them in half and slice them lengthwise
- Use a knife to spread the nut butter of your choice on the flat side of the banana
- Add the peanuts to the nut butter
- Insert the popsicle stick into the banana from below
- Melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl and pour the melted chocolate onto the peanuts as a topping
- Place the bananas in the fridge for 2 hours
