Vegan cauliflower tacos

Ingredients (6 tacos):

For the cauliflower:

350g cauliflower

Oil for frying

1 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

To serve:

6 small corn tortillas

Avocado

Romaine lettuce

Paprika

Onion

Tomato

Red beans

Lime

Vegan cream Legere

Preparation:

  1. Divide the washed cauliflower into small florets, mix together with the spices in a bowl and place in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 min.

  2. Meanwhile, wash and chop the vegetables

  3. Then bake the corn tortillas in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.

  4. Now fill the tortillas with some vegan Creme Leger, roasted cauliflower and the vegetables and top with freshly squeezed lime.

  5. Let taste!
