Ingredients (2 portions):

1 cucumber

½ pineapple

Handful of lamb's lettuce

1 avocado

1 banana

1-2cm ginger

2 tbsp oat flakes

½ Green feelings from LiveFresh

Preparation:

  1. For the green detox smoothie, first wash and chop the fruit and vegetables

  2. Place the pineapple, avocado, cucumber, lamb's lettuce, ginger, oat flakes and banana in the blender

  3. Then fill up with the green feelings juice

  4. Now blend until a slightly creamy consistency has formed

  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with a little rosemary
