Vegan low carb fries

Crispy, aromatic fries. The perfect side dish with lots of enjoyment, but unfortunately not without a guilty conscience. With our delicious kohlrabi fries recipe you keep the enjoyment aspect, but save on carbohydrates and calories.

Ingredients (1 tray):

1 large kohlrabi

olive oil

20g panko flour

salt

pepper

paprika powder

Onion powder

Preparation:

  1. Peel the kohlrabi into chips and place them in a bowl

  2. Now add the olive oil, panko flour and the spices and mix well

  3. Then place the fries on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200°C for approx. 25 mins.

  4. Serve with a dip of your choice
