Oatmeal cups

The Oatmeal Cups with raspberries and peanut butter are perfect for a delicious and healthy breakfast or as a snack on the go. With crunchy oat flakes, sweet raspberries and creamy peanut butter, they are quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients (8 cups):

1 cup rolled oats

1 banana

100g raspberries

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp agave syrup

2 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. First, mix the rolled oats, banana and peanut butter into a batter, press into the muffin tin and place in the oven for approx. 15 minutes

  2. Meanwhile, mix the raspberries, chia seeds and agave syrup into a mixture

  3. Now fill the oatmeal cups with the raspberry mixture

  4. Finally, melt the dark chocolate and pour over the raspberry mixture

  5. Simply enjoy!
