Ingredients (2 portions):

  • 400 g kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp yeast flakes (optional)

Preparation

  1. PreheatPreheat the oven to 130 °C fan.
  2. PreparationWash the kale thoroughly and dry the leaves carefully with kitchen roll.
  3. Seasoning: Put the kale in a large bowl, add olive oil and all the spices. Knead everything well with your hands until each piece is lightly coated with oil and spices.
  4. BakeSpread the kale on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that the leaves are not on top of each other. This will ensure that all the leaves are evenly crispy.
  5. BakeBake the kale in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy: Leave the kale chips to cool slightly and enjoy!
