Gesunde Schokodatteln mit Mandelmus und Himbeeren sind eine leckere und gesunde Alternative zu herkömmlichen Naschereien, die oft mit raffiniertem Zucker überladen sind. Diese Kombination aus süßen Datteln, cremigem Mandelmus, saftigen Himbeeren und dunkler Schokolade ist nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch vollgepackt mit Nährstoffen und Ballaststoffen.

    Wash the raspberries and drain them well

    Core the dates by cutting them open lengthwise and removing the stone.

    Now fill each date half with a teaspoon of almond butter and a raspberry

    Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave

    Dip each filled date half in the melted chocolate and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat this process with all the date halves

    Sprinkle the chocolate dates with a pinch of sea salt and allow the chocolate to harden by placing the tray in the fridge

    Once the chocolate has set, you can enjoy the chocolate dates. Store them in the fridge to keep them fresh
