Vegan apple cinnamon porridge

Ingredients (2 portions):

120g oatmeal

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 prisen salt

350ml oat milk

350ml of water

2-3 apples

1 TL cinnamon

2 teaspoons hazelnutm

1 handful of pecans

Preparation:

  1. Cook the oatmeal and the chia seeds together with the salt in the oat milk and water and simmer on medium heat until you reach the right consistency
  2. In the meantime, cut the apples small and put them in a pan
  3. Add 4 tablespoons of water and 1 TL cinnamon and stir until all apples are covered with cinnamon water
  4. Briefly steam the apples in the pan with laid lid
  5. Add the remaining water from the pan to the porridge and stir it
  6. Put your porridge in a bowl and top it up with the apples, hazelnutm and pecannies
