What is meal prep?
Meal prep means preparing meals in advance so they're ready when you need them. Traditionally, you do this in one day for the entire week. We take care of exactly that part for you.
Do I need storage containers?
No. The meals come in individual, pre-portioned packages. You don't need any cans, jars, or a scale.
Can I choose what I get?
Yes. With Mix & Match, you can choose each dish individually—or you can opt for a sample pack if you'd like to try a few first.
How long do the dishes last?
They have a long shelf life when frozen—the best-by date is printed on each package. Please keep them frozen at all times.
Do I have to freeze the meals?
They arrive already frozen and should be placed directly in the freezer. Please do not refreeze meals once they have been thawed.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can order whenever you want—no subscription and no minimum term.
