Creative Manager: In social media (social advertising)

Would you like to help shape a startup fire? Then we have a challenge for you. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative & structured person with motivation at the next possible time, the desire for the diverse facets of the social advertising area. 

Your tasks: 

• You are driving the further development of our appearance in the performance marketing area 
• You have the current trends and competition in view and collect & analyze the advertising (ad) creatives
• You proactively create your own ideas for ad creatives and develop new ad formats to increase our reach 
• With AD campaigns / performance campaigns 
• You are responsible for researching new ad creatorn and take care of communication with & coordination from our ad creatorn 
• You control communication with our performance agency 
• You responsible for the creation & further development of briefings 
• You produce creative things to match current trends 
• You take care of cutting the ad creatives 

Your profile: 

• You are naturally organized & structured 
• You are creative and like to try new things 
• You have an independent, responsible & reliable way of working 
• You have no problem to stand in front of the camera yourself 
• You are very committed, have digital trends in view and bring a good feeling for our target group 
• You want to advance growth together with us and continuously question our status quo 
• You are motivated to learn new things & to further develop yourself and our fire with a high degree of initiative 
• Ideally, you have a safe handling of common video editing tools (no must)
