Field report: Expiry of the juice cleanse

There are 7 juices and 3 shots available for each day, which I drunk at intervals of two hours to provide the body with all the important nutrients and vitamins.

This is how a day during the juice cleanse:

  1. The day started at 08:00 a.m. with the Happy Lemon Juice and a Sunshine Berry Shot for the daily requirement of vitamin D.

My honest experiences during the juice cleanse:

Day 1

I have noticed one thing: Juice fasting not only mentally, but also physically. On the first day in particular, my thoughts were still very much focused on food and my body showed slight withdrawal symptoms such as headaches and tiredness. However, this is completely normal and gets better with time.

My tip: Hang in there! From the very beginning, resolve to juice cleanse and try to distinguish between hunger and appetite. We usually only eat out of habit or boredom. Thoughts often come from the head and not from the stomach.
