Veganes Hanuta

Everyone is standing up plump nut-nougat slicesright? Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside! Unfortunately not vegan in the original, but then we make them ourselves - from just 6 ingredients. Our purely plant-based Hanuta is a handy little snack and simple ideal to take away for on the go. Our Jessi shows you how to make these slices yourself in the video.

Ingredients (4 portions):

100g dark chocolate

2 tbsp xylitol

50g chopped hazelnuts

100g nut butter

1 tbsp cocoa

6 fillets of crispbread

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath
  2. Then mix the nut butter, xylitol, cocoa, hazelnuts and melted chocolate well
  3. Next, cut the filo pastry slices into squares
  4. Now spread the nut and chocolate mixture on one side of the squares and then cover with another and press together lightly
  5. Finally, place in the fridge for approx. 15-20 minutes and leave to cool - ready!
