Genieße diesen erfrischenden, gefrorenen Erdbeere-Yoghurt Snack- ganz ohne Zucker. Die natürliche Süße der Erdbeeren, die cremige Textur des Joghurts und der köstliche Schokoladenüberzug  ergeben zusammen einen unwiderstehlichen Snack für heiße Sommertage.

Zutaten

  • 250 g
    Strawberries
  • 200 g
    Natural yogurt
  • 2 TBSP.
    Agave syrup
  • 100 g
    Dark chocolate

Zubereitung

Total time: 12 minutes + 2 hours in the freezer

    Wash and dry the strawberries and cut into small pieces

    Now mix the natural yogurt and agave syrup in a bowl

    Then melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie

  • 4

    Carefully add the strawberry pieces to the sweetened yogurt and mix together

  • 5

    Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of the strawberry and yogurt mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour the melted chocolate over it

    Then place the baking tray in the freezer until they are firm

  • 7

    Carefully remove the frozen snack from the baking paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer
