Ingredients

2 Portions
  • 50 ml
    Coconut milk
  • 20 g
    Erythritol
  • 25 ml
    Coconut oil
  • 60 g
    Cashew butter
  • Hazelnut

Required kitchen utensils

Bowl
Stirrer
Toffifee packaging
Baking paper
Spoon

Preparation

    Place the coconut milk in a bowl with the erythritol, coconut oil and cashew butter and stir everything together to form a mixture

  • 2

    Fill the mixture into the typical Toffifee packaging (e.g. with a piping bag or baking paper)

  • 3

    Top each with a hazelnut and place the packaging in the fridge for 30 minutes

  • 4

    Melt a little dark chocolate and add a small portion to each hazelnut 

  • 5

    Chill the vegan Toffifee in the fridge for another 2 hours

  • 6

    Enjoy your meal!
