1 zucchini

Vegan grated cheese

Preparation:

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and remove the inside with a small spoon

  2. Meanwhile, prepare the ras el hanout according to the packet instructions

  3. Now add a little of the vegan cheese to the zucchinis, fill with the ras el hanout and sprinkle with more cheese

  4. Then place in the oven at 200°C for approx. 12-15 mins.

  5. Enjoy your meal!
