Wer sich Low Carb ernährt, muss nicht gleich auf Pasta verzichten! Unsere Low Carb Nudeln werden aus nur wenigen Zutaten gemacht und enthalten nur 5g Kohlenhydrate pro Portion, sie sind so einfach wie genial! Worauf wartest Du probier sie doch gleich mal aus!

Zutaten

  • 30 g
    Parmesan cheese
  • 250 g
    Quark
  • 50 g
    Guar gum
  • 2
    Eggs
  • 1 pinch
    Turmeric
  • 1 TSP
    Salts

Zubereitung

Preparation: 5 min
Preparation: 15 min + 15 min waiting time
Total time: 35 min.

    First finely grate the parmesan and knead together with the quark, guar gum, eggs, salt and turmeric, first with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to form a smooth and supple dough

    Now shape the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and set aside to rest for approx. 15 minutes

    Then quarter the dough and roll out thinly on the work surface with a little flour

    Then bring salted water to the boil and remove from the hob

    Finally, cut the pastry sheets into approx. 1 cm strips with a kitchen knife, carefully place in the water, which should no longer be boiling, and leave to stand for 1 minute until they rise to the top

    Arrange the low carb pasta on a plate and serve with a sauce of your choice
