Avocados contain lots of healthy unsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on cardiovascular health. The fruit is also packed with vitamin E. This protects your body cells from free radicals and strengthens your immune system. Plus point: because fried avocados are rich in healthy fats, the fat-soluble vitamin E can be optionally absorbed and assimilated by our bodies.
