HoHoHo Dear community, it's time again Christmas cookies to bake. Unfortunately, cookies often have a lot of calories, even though they are gone in just one bite. What's more, there is usually more than just one cookie. That's why we have for you low-calorie, low-fat and low-sugar Christmas cookiesthat are super easy to bake. You can even eat them several times without feeling guilty. What's more, the protein Christmas cookies ideal as a Christmas snack during your preparation and follow-up work for your juice cleanse. Perfect!

Ingredients (1 portion):

50g oat flour

50g almond flour

40g protein powder

50g ground hazelnuts

40g butter (reduced fat)

1 egg

1 egg white

½ teaspoon baking powder

70% chocolate

Preparation:

  1. First knead all the ingredients into a dough and put it in the fridge for 1 hour
  2. Next, roll out the dough on a floured surface
  3. Then cut out the cookies, knead and roll out the dough again and again to get the maximum yield of cookies
  4. Now place in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 160°C and keep an eye on them from time to time
  5. Finally, garnish with dark chocolate - done!
