Apple pancakes

Apple pancakes are a delicious variation of the classic pancakeswhich are given a fruity note by the addition of apples. Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup oat milk

agave syrup

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3 tbsp yogurt

1 apple

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apple and cut it into thin rings

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Slowly add the oat milk, yogurt and agave syrup and mix to a smooth batter

  3. Now leave the dough to rest for a few minutes

  4. Then dip the apple rings in the batter and place in a heated pan. After a few minutes, you can turn the pancakes until they are golden brown

  5. Place the pancakes on a plate and serve with fruit.

  6. Enjoy your meal!
